Ellis Glenn Tschoepe
It's a boy!!!!!! He's healthy and moving around and looking great. He's 11 oz already good lord he's gonna be big. I really didn't know how I would feel either way but I am so happy I can't keep a smile off my face. We're having a boy, he's healthy, and all is right with the world.
Update:
Kent has the sonogram pic up if you want the first look at our son's little hot dog. The word "Boy" is right below it, this one's not as easy to see!

How exciting! I love the name that you have picked out. I just loved my first ultrasound. It was amazing to see Dermot and to know that he was real and that he was perfect. Such a relief. Congratulations!

I knew it!
I had assumed I was having a girl -because I only had experience with girl babies from family and babysitting. And my husband was expecting a girl too - and we only had decided on a girls name. So when the ultrasound showed us it was a boy we were both a bit stunned. And I was worried I would be disappointed. But in retrospect it was a silly thought. It's wonderful having a little boy and I'm very excited for you. And I love the name.

I can remember like it was just yesterday that I brought my boy into the world..and that was 34 years ago..I think you will enjoy the ride..you just won't think your heart is big enough to contain all the love you have .Auntie C*

It's almost like finding out we're pregnant all over again. The Ellis is actually my mothers maiden name, and Glenn is my fathers name.

I don't have anything to say that hasn't already been said--but I have a kind of funny story for you.
Today my mom and Katy and I all met for lunch. Katy came a little late, and the first thing she said when she sat down was, "Oh! Guess what? Katie's having a boy!" I responded with all the correct oohs and aahs. Meanwhile, my mom kept saying, "Who's Katie?"

it's a boy! I just gave a little cheer here at my desk and the dude one cube over was like, "what's going on over there?" and I just said, very cryptically, "it's a boy." maybe he thinks I'm pregnant again.
