No Regard For Anything That Doesn't Affect Him Directly

Last November I had no idea how people could honestly vote for someone who didn't care about them in the least. They were voting to hurt themselves. It's actually even worse than I thought. Silly me assumed that taking care of disasters was so ingrained that it didn't matter who was in charge. So he even fucked that up.

I don't know how to put this without getting skewered by my dear blogging buddies, but there was a time when I didn't absolutely hate Bush. I never liked him much, but honestly I told myself "Hey it could be worse." However, over the last few years, I've grown to loathe that man. I won't get started here. Maybe a blog someday soon. Let me just leave this at, grr.

I would be shocked if any one of our blogging buddies skewered you because your opinion. Any opinion! Even if you were totally in love with Bush (oh, that sounds dirty) it would be OK with me, we would just disagree!

I admire people who have opinions that they've carefully thought out, even if they are different than mine.

my opinion? bush is the tip of the iceberg. it's the administration that should bear the brunt of our anger. it's karl rove, dick cheney, and people we don't even know or hear about. the puppeteers.

watch out. I think that g bush is grooming jeb bush (gov of florida) for the whitehouse, possibly in 2012. they'd love a dynasty.

Thanks for the glasses shout-out on my blog! If you ever make it to Philly for a trip, you must check out the Antiquarium. It's a vintage/antique mall, and their selection of eyeglass frames is AMAZING.

Is it hard being a Texan who doesn't support Bush? Are there a lot of you? Do you have a secret handshake or something?

If I believed in religion, I'd be fully convinced G.W. is the Antichrist.

I agree with Patrice, that the problem isn't so much with Bush as the evil people that Bush chooses to advise him (tell him what to do). Rove and Cheney are a special type of evil and Bush is smart enough to know that he's too stupid to actually do this job by himself.
