Shrimp Week 36 (officially month 9!!)

Week 36

Everyone agrees that breast milk is the best possible food for your baby--even the people who make baby formula. Not only is breast milk easily digestible and rich in nutrients, it's also perfectly tailored to each individual child's needs. Having said that, it's equally important to remember that there are other options for moms who are unable to breastfeed, or who choose not to. Millions of healthy babies have been raised on bottles by millions of loving, caring moms.

They wait until now to talk about breast milk? I went to a class at our local hospital before I was 36 weeks pregnant. There are a tons of things to learn and be on the look out for when it comes to breast feeding. Oh boy.

I had such a hard time breast feeding. But other moms I know thought it was a snap. I feel that breast feeding is much like the scheduling of births. In some pregnancies, there are things you do that you promised you would never do, but realize that things are easier said than done. My daughter was born on January 15th, so here is a hip hip hooray for all you January babies. YEAH!!!!!
